AGT Roofing & Guttering is committed to providing excellent service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, we want to hear from you so we can put things right.

How to Make a Complaint

To raise a complaint, please contact us in writing:

Please include your name, contact details, the work carried out, and a description of your concern.

Our Process

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days. If we are unable to resolve the issue within this timeframe, we will keep you informed of progress.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) or another relevant industry body.
