7. Data Retention
We retain personal information submitted through our website contact forms for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted unless we have an ongoing business relationship or legal obligation requiring longer retention.
Records relating to completed roofing work — including quotations, invoices, and guarantee documents — are retained for 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements for business accounting records.
